First fry garlic with olive oil and salt about 10 minutes.
Then add chard leaves which are clean, washed and cut in small pieces. Add goat cheese or light cream to get / obtain a little of sauce in red color. It will helps to make this dish more yummy.
Cover all and fry it about 20 minutes.
